We just updated some of the special events with John for the beginning of 2024

January 1-4, 2024: New Year’s Meditation Retreat: Begin your year with contemplation, meditation, and clear intention setting for the year to come. This retreat is facilitated by John and his wife, Laura Bartels at the Mercy Center in Auburn, CA. To learn more, click here.

February 4-7, 2024: John will be presenting two workshops at the Advanced International Winter Symposium on Addictive Disorders, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health in Colorado Springs.

March 17-18, 2024: John will be at the Durango Dharma Center facilitating a one-day retreat on Sunday the 17th (topic TBA) and teaching on Monday the 18th.

April 11-14, 2024: Spring retreat focusing on the Four Immeasurable Attitudes. For details and registration, click here.
