This Four Keys of Living Mindfully retreat is being offered by John at a reduced rate to benefit the Way of Compassion Foundation. The retreat will include teachings that combine the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness in daily life. It is designed to help you to live your life with attention and intention, cultivating the skills that empower you to make healthy choices that are in alignment with your values and are meaningful to you. The retreat is designed to be practical, universal and very accessible, allowing anyone, with or without a background in mindfulness to participate. Everyone can benefit from mindfulness, regardless of their cultural, economic or spiritual background. The Four Keys of Living Mindfully are attention, values, wisdom, and an open and healthy heart.

Time: Saturday, September 17th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be breaks and an hour lunch.

Cost: Suggested donation of $60. All donations are accepted, please don’t let a lack of funds prevent you from attending. Proceeds go to the Way of Compassion Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit.
