A short video to some inspiration from Helen Keller – “All the world is full of suffering. It is also full of overcoming.” I hope you find it inspiring as well.
A short video inspired by the words of Marcus Aurelius – “You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
Today’s reflection – In challenging times we have a real opportunity to clarify what is truly meaningful to us.
Instead of letting our minds dwell on what we can’t do, let’s focus on what we can do. We can all make a difference right now. Instead of asking why me, we can discover the power of we.
In these challenging times, it is important to stock up on the essentials – compassion, loving-kindness, patience, resiliency, and the strength in our shared humanity.
During these challenging times, it is important to remember that the more we attend to me and mine, the more we increase our suffering. In attending to we and ours we will find our strength, resiliency, healing.
